Thatz It provides an affable environment that enhances design sensibility in all our creatives. We do not encourage a hierarchy or a pecking order. No matter what the seniority level is, there’s a lot that can be learnt and taught by anyone. Hence all ideas are welcome and all discussions are cherished. No project is individual and all laurels belong to the team.

Competition arises only when it comes to the Annual Thatz It Carrom Tournament! This, mind you, is no less than a FIFA or a Grand Slam replete. With the daily practice sessions, knock out rounds, finals and huge rewards. This year the finalists were awarded tickets to the IPL!

Our picnic trips, celebrations and just hanging out together in a deeper endeavour to not just be colleagues but friends who care for each other, the company, its clients and also have a deep respect for each other’s talents and skills.
